Bio: Jesse Beltran’s career exemplifies dedication, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to enhancing lives through public service and the power of the mind. He is a Certified Master Hypnotist specializing in stress
reduction, phobia management, PTSD treatment, and performance enhancement and is a leader in the field of hypnotherapy. He is President of the International Center Against the Abuse of Covert Technologies and he co-founded California's third-largest Internet Service
Provider, focusing on proprietary programming and pioneering high-speed data transmission via microwave technology. He also serves as President of an innovative service called the Cosmic Clarity Connections LLC, cosmicclarityconnections.org, bridging gaps between mind, body, science and spirituality.
Jesse was a dedicated Firefighter Paramedic and pioneered the paramedic emergency transportation program for the Sacramento Fire Department. Jesse's academic and professional background is equally impressive: He was a member of the Mathematics, Engineering, Science Association via UC Davis; He was a member of
the Mathematics, Engineering, and Science Association through an outreach program at UC Davis; And is certified in blood and airborne pathogens by Sacramento State University.
