Amy will further explore the harms done by the
underlying value set of trans ideology which is one of dissociation and disembodiment.
Amy explains empathy as our ability to feel for another human and how empathetic responses are instinctual and reactionary, for example if we see another person take a hard fall, we wince in empathetic pain. Thus an empathy trap is the derailment of our natural empathetic pain response onto a path that enables further damage.
